The vision of Arabi Elementary School is to Accelerate Every Student.

• Pre-K - 5th grade diverse, inclusive student population
• Outstanding, enthusiastic and dedicated teachers and staff
• Recipient of the International Reading Association's Exemplary Reading Program Award
• Instruction in the arts by our exceptional art and music educators for all K-5th grade students
• Fostering healthy lifestyles and physical fitness for students, instruction provided by certified Physical Education teachers and our 2nd grade swim program
• State of the art technology, including two computer labs, Promethean Boards in all classrooms, portable Promethean Tables, iPad labs, Laptop lab, and a Chromebook Lab available for all students
• A multitude of extracurricular opportunities including Academic Games, Accelerated Reader Program, After-School Art, Drama, Dance Team, 4H, Chorus, and Drum Line
• All 5th grade students participate in STARBASE, the Department of Defense's STEM program at Jackson Barracks and the DARE program, facilitated by our St. Bernard Sheriff's Office
• Celebrating our school community through our Annual Grandparents' Week, Multicultural Celebration, Math/Literacy Week and various contests, activities, philanthropic events for students
• Extended Day School Program available to qualifying working parents who reside in St. Bernard Parish for a nominal fee, based on availabilty
